Five Food Flashbacks #11 – featuring Darius Tyla

 

December’s edition of Five Food Flashbacks is the first for a while to revolve around an individual involved in catering and hospitality, and in this case, to a great extent. 29-year-old Darius Tyla (pictured), who has been mentioned on many occasion, in particular the second Lithuanian series, currently serves on the managerial team of a four-star hotel on Bournemouth’s panoramic and picturesque East Cliff. He joined me for a quintet of impromptu food-and-drink-related questions.
